Err, sorry, but where do you think usability stuff like that comes from? psychology: if i may quote:
“Set type intended for extended reading flush left, and ragged right. Readability is decreased by non-uniform spacing between words and text that starts irregularly.”
Correct me if i am wrong, but with justified text the spaces between words are *not* the same! do you know how justification was done by good ol’ gutenberg?

I knew you would answer to this posting, reptile! 😉
It’s funny. There are two kinds of people: those who hate justified texts and those who hat not justified texts. usabilitywise texts that are not justified tend to be easier to read.
but i agree, when it comes to books they simply look nicer when the text is justified.

Last year I was walking home one evening. It was raining. A guy passed me, wearing a black army jacket, black army trousers, Doc Martin boots – you know that kind of guy.
BUT: on his head he wore a transparent plastic bandana with white points. kind of thing my grandmother used to wear when it was raining.
Why would a totaly normal looking guy wear such an unstylish, uncool and ridiculous headdress? Well, must have been a magic-cap of some sort…

P.S: maybe just because it was raining 😉
@reptile2k1: harhar, you still don’t know my version of UA! harhar… don’t forget my vocation for having weird ideas…

hi reptile,
I’m afraid I agree with urnovi. losing a hand or an eye is serious handicap. lsoing only one testicle does not prevent you from fathering a child, although it might become a little more difficult (first try might not suffice 😉 ) And as I already said – for you it should be at least a NINE INCH NAIL (TM) 😉
Maybe we shoult talk about your charge acqusition in person…
cheers,
