Rolling Obssession Skills

    Ok.. something kicked this into my memory yesterday and I can’t remember where I got it from so apologies if it was something from this site.

    Right, down to question. Can someone flip-flop a score of 10 on their obsession skill to score a 01 Critical Success.

    I can’t find anything eitherway in the core book and althought it seems legal I am at the moment saying no in my game.

    Was just wondering how other had handed it in the course of their campaigns
