Lack of action

    The UA mailing list has plenty of posts discussing the amazing world of the occult underground. Yet it is dead around here. This forum should be a buzz with discussion of UA2. I check this forum all the time and I hate to think that this great tool won’t be used by all the fans of this game. I am hoping to see alot more discussions popping up soon. I will be buying the new book at the end of the month and since I have very little expiernce with the game I am hoping that this forum will be a great asset. Anyway I just thought that I should try to encourage some action around here.

    I notice that a lot of games with real active listservs have dead forums. SLA industries is one. While those with dead listservs have active forums. Kult springs directly to mind.

    Maybe one just sucks the life out of the other.

    Just my thoughs.

    Oh, it’s definitely true. The UA-ML is very active and a lot of fun–it’s linked at the top of the page.

    I’m hoping this forum will be of use to occasional browsers, and to people who don’t have time to deal with all the activity on the UA-ML.

    Certainly you can get your official questions answered here just like you can on the UA-ML.

    I’m sticking with the forum for now *because* it’s not so active. I’m on too many lists–what with work piling up, I can’t keep up with all of them. I tried joining the UA-ML, and it *was* great, but I couldn’t keep up at all, and finally had to quit to save my sanity.
