Fun with Archetypes.

    OK, here’s my warped mind kicking in again:

    Am I the only person who thinks the following situation would be incredibly funny?

    Take one avatar of ‘La Belle Dame Sans Merci’ and then add an avatar of ‘The Loser’ and another of ‘The Hopeless Romantic’.

    Both the Loser and The Hopeless Romantic are fighting over the attentions of La Belle Dame Sans Merci, who frankly isn’t interested in either (unsurprisingly) but is still stringing the both of them along for profit and her own amusement.

    I think, given the right players, this would make an absolutely excellent concept for a one-shot game.

    Anyone else know some potentially amusing archetype combinations?

    The Hopeless Romantic was actually designed with La Belle Dame in mind.

    The interesting thing about this scenario is how powerful the trio are likely to get. It could actually make a particularly intereseting cabal for a longer running campaign as two guys fighting over a girl suddenly become serious contenders for godwalker…
