Question about Otherspaces

    I’m rereading UA2 and some of the supplements. I can’t for the life of me find a “introductory” write-up of the concept… I’m almost certain I read one way back (possible work of Cliomancers?) Can anyone tell me what book and page it’s on? Was it in UA1 but not 2? Thanks.

    There’s an Otherspace that shows up in the Street Level witness reports in UA2, and another more detailed one in the Witness Reports at Cosmic Level. They’re both pretty different.
