Plutomancers capitalize on the cosmic meaning of monetary medium, but as a post-modern school, the meaning is subjective.
Many plutomancers view the world from such a radically different context that they get their charges from a different measure of cash. However, the basic proportions between minor and significant charges (1-to-10) remain the same, as does the spending cap (equal to significant charge).
Supposedly, once a plutomancer gets a major charge can change their standard, usually going up the scale. Such a huge influx of wealth can change a person’s entire worldview.

Big Money plutomancers almost always have vast amounts of money in their background. Although they can pay out up to $9,999.99 without breaking their taboo, they require $1,000 for just a minor charge, and $10,000 for a significant charge. Building a major charge would require billions of bucks.

Broke-Ass plutomancers usually crop up in third world nations, though they sometimes hail from the trailer park Welfare crowd. From the local perspective, they live lives similar to the standard plutomancer, but once they hit the global market, they find their lives dramatically limited. They get a minor charge from just 10 bucks, and a significant charge from only $100, but they can’t spend more than $99.99 on anything without breaking their taboo. On the plus side, a major charge might require only tens of millions. These guys have lots of trouble if they ever enter a Western economy; while they can charge up easily, it is almost impossible to live a half-way decent life without breaking their taboo.
