A crown need not be all shiny and brilliant
Several months ago; I remember hearing about this guy, maybe you’ve heard of him, think his name was: Crowby Marx, his lads called him ‘Crow’.
Now the Crow you see he was special, he had power. They called him the King; well they called him a lot of things now that I think about it. King, Crow, Crowby. Lots things see? Anyway, a few months ago I guess this King Crow got whacked at home by some other guy saying he was King.
Anyway, one of Crow’s lads not only stole his favourite pipe, but his shirt as well. Now I don’t usually go around stealing people’s shirts, but this Duke claims its got powers y’know. Power over people. I dunno but I think he was smoking outta that pipe to much y’know?
Effects:
The Street Crown is actually Crowby’s favourite red sweater. Your classic large baggy sweatshirt with a big hood. When worn with the hood over your head, covering part of your face and walking with your hands in the front pocket of the shirt, Crowby’s way with words manifests into the wearer. Or the Hoods way with words manifests in the wearer. Whichever happened first?
The power of the Hood grants a +10% to any social type roll, be it Lie, Charm, Intimidate etc but it only works at night.
The Hood unfortunately isn’t all bonus’s, it makes any bullet 5% more likely to hit you, if you’re being fired at.
I like it. Good, untraditional look at “True King” set-up.
