The local Jazz club has some strange owners.

Sector 7

They run out of that club downtown. The Neon Blue is a jazz club (which can exist anywhere i suppose) run by a man named Ricky Tawn. While not very large (20 partons at most) They do have a few regulars. A few of those that do come in though are usually there on other buisness.

Ricky runs a small group of individuals who call themselves ‘Sector 7’. So far they’ve handled a braod variety of jobs for people. Kidnappings, Robbery’s, Gangland hits. If you’ve got the money chances are they can do it. It’s not known whether they are an independant group or not. Specualtion has it they’re part of an organization, and the number 7 is probably their area of jurisdiction/expertise. Then again speculation says alot of things in the underground.
