Isn’t there a Woman in a Red Dress that wanders into bars picks up the geek, shags him in marathon sex, and leaves him impotent. The Geek is unable to get erect unless in the presence of the unnatural whereinwhich his penis points like a compass.

Well, I wouldn’t know about that. It’s up to the GM if he wants it to be that.
I was thinking the essence of the red dress as an alluring compelling aspect. That catches the eye of beholders, and the clouding the vision with a “lustful” thoughts.

The Chinese have this queer belief that if a lady kills herself (usually by jumping) while wearing a red dress, she would come back from the afterlife haunting the person who did her wrong. Perhaps this could be an interesting, albeit undiscovered, side-effect of this particular Red Dress in question?
