In some of the old masonic texts a few buddies of mine found a ritual called the ‘thorns of mistrust’ Its really quite a simple jobby. You fire a consecrated arrow into a person and three arrows emerge from the person. Might seem a little odd but apparently there’s a similar chinese curse called the ‘curse of a thousand swords’

Then I’m at home watching HBO on JFK. Three bullets hit him and yet only LHO gets caught.

i know i know there’s 1001 JFK conspiracy theories but i tried the arrow ritual out and shish-kebabed my neighbours cat! 2 arrows just appeared and all of the arrows faced different directions to the direction i fired.

Here’s the arrow ritual. I figure the bullet ritual has got to be similar in some respects.

Cost: 1 Signifigant Charge

Ritual Action: Place three arrow heads into a fire together stacked vertically. Allow the bottom two to blacken and take the top arrow when this occurs. Bind the arrowhead to a shaft that is painted white and write the targets name on it in red wine. The arrow must be carried to the target who must then be given a charm that the firer has owned for a year. Once the target touches the charm the ritual is complete.

The magic arrow can be fired at the target and bye bye.

Effect: When the arrow hits the target it veers in an unusual direction and two other arrows materialise in the body at odd angles.

the damage of the initial attack is increased by 5 and the target must make a Self-4 check if they survive. Unnatural-6 if they see their name on the arrows.

The moment the arrows are removed and put out of sight they will dissapear and revert to being one arrow.
