The Angle-Grinder of Justice can give its owner as much as a 30% bonus on Body or Speed skills that relate to constructing or destroying objects for a good cause. It is damn good at quickly destroying car boots, sawing through handcuffs, etc. It only gives its user a bonus if it wants to. if it disapproves, it will play dead and become a normal angle-grinder or give the user a stern talking-to.
It is pretty heavy, requires two hands to use, and can saw through almost anything, so it technically does +9 damage if you attack someone with it, but it will hate you forever if you use it in this way.

Description: The Angle-Grinder of Justice was first used by a real-life London superhero named Angle-Grinder Man. It looks like an ordinary, well-used angle-grinder. Its batteries run out of juice like any other angle-grinder, and its blades and brushes wear out and can be replaced normally (Its consciousness isn’t affected by running out of battery power, since its mechanical and metaphysical mojo are separate). Its AC power adapter has a British-style plug. Its serial number has been carefully removed.
