Taboo: A slothomancer HAS to convince others to inaction. If ever someone is about to do something important, the slothomancer has to do her best to keep them from doing it.
Starting Charges: 3 minor.
Tips for Generating Charges: Go to college. Institutions of higher learning are havens for slothomancers. Some will become the alpha of a group of inert friends, and truly keep them from achieving anything. Some slothomancers never graduated from college.
Also, slothomancers greatly covet positions of power. They climb there by making co-workers too lazy to do their job properly, assuring that the mage is definitely looking good. Before he was discovered, Andy Card often convinced President Bush to take frequent vacations to his ranch in Crawford, Texas.
Generate a minor charge: Convince someone to do nothing all day. They can go about mundane tasks: making dinner, taking out the garbage, etc. However, they cannot do something important. They can’t go to work, on a date with that hot new thing, or finish their term paper.
Generate a significant chage: Convince someone to completely abandon something important in favor of sloth. The victim should lose interest in going to that court appearance, skipping that big board meeting, or just…well, dammit, the Chapel ceiling was taking too long anyway.
Generate a major charge: Convince a world leader that delivering the State of the Union address would be too big of a hassel.
Slow Down, Man : 1 Minor Charge : Makes the target question whether or not an action in question is even worth the effort of doing.
