Orgasm releases a fair bit of mystical energy, and orgasmancers can collect this energy and use it. Your own orgasm is not enough, though – you can’t gain new power just by “recycling” your own energy. You need a partner.

Symbolic tension: while intense as an experience, orgasm is one of the more trivial aspects of sexuality. Orgasmancers focus on it while disregarding the other, more meaningful bits.
This is not a very strong paradox, which is one reason why this is a minor school.

Charges:
Minor charge: participate in a consensual sex act with one or more partners; when you reach orgasm, you get a charge for each partner that orgasmed at least once before you or simultaneously with you. If any participant fails to climax during the act you get no charges from the entire act; bringing yourself to climax yourself after the partner already left or fell asleep won’t work, and you get no charges from orgasms that happen after you yourself have already climaxed. Repeated orgasms in a short period generate no additional charges; the most you can get is one charge per partner per hour.
Two orgasmancers can charge off each other, but only if they manage to climax simultaneously.
So far, no orgasmancer has been able to figure out how to get significant or major charges.

Taboo: If you go for a day without gaining at least one charge, you lose one charge instead. You also lose a charge whenever you have, or are forced to have, sex and fail to reach climax.

Blast: like the Pornomantic blast, the Orgasmancer blast does no actual physical harm. The victim experiences a sudden spasm similar to an orgasm, but uncomfortable rather than pleasurable; it leaves him weakened and achy, causing an amount of “phantom damage” that can impair and even incapacitate, but not kill. It is unaffected by medical treatment, but disappears on its own in an hour. Those “killed” by it are knocked unconscious until the effect wears off.
If the orgasmancer uses the blast while touching the victim in an erotic manner (not necessarily actually having sex), she can roll an additional die and add it to the damage.

Starting Charges: orgasmancers start out with four minor charges.

Charging Tips: Since an orgasmancer needs a willing (and able) partner to charge up, it’s a good idea to be social. An orgasmancer with a steady partner can usually get 1-3 minor charges per day, unless something (like personal problems) is interfering with the partner’s ability to enjoy himself.
Lone orgasmancers will usually have to settle for 1-3 charges per week, and need to be able to pick one-night stands they can both satisfy and themselves have a good time with. An orgasmancer who belongs to a swingers’ club or equivalent may be able to get more charges without a steady partner; working as a prostitute is less productive, as few clients will care about their host’s enjoyment.

Minor Formula Spells

Bliss
Cost: 2 minor charges
The target enters an euphoric, relaxed state. Unpleasant sensations are dampened by an internal warm, contented feeling, and very few things can bother or excite him. All actions are made at a -10% shift, but pain and, perhaps more importantly, any stress checks of Rank lower than the tens in the orgasmancer’s skill level are ignored. If the target is unwilling, he can resist the effect by making a Soul roll that is both successful and either a match or higher than your casting roll. The effects last for half an hour.

Heightened Senses
Cost: 1 minor charge
The user’s senses are sharpened for about half an hour. During this time all Notice rolls, as well as any other rolls involving spotting or perceiving things (e.g. Aura Sight) are made at a +10% shift. The user may also be able to do things not normally possible for human senses, such as tracking by scent.

Hot and Bothered
Cost: 1 minor charge
To cast this spell, the caster must either talk to the target, look him in the eyes, or touch him. If successful, the target becomes aroused. Any attempts to seduce him are made at a +20% shift. The effects end when the urge is fulfilled, or in two hours, whichever comes first.

Hysterical Strength
Cost: 1 minor charge
The user gives herself a +20% shift on a single roll involving raw strength or speed. Running, climbing, lifting things, rolling intiative, Struggle and Dodge are all acceptable choices. It doesn’t improve coordination, so it is no help with e.g. firing a gun or driving a car.
Using this spell doesn’t use up the caster’s action, and it can be used multiple times in the same round; it can’t give cumulative bonuses on the same roll, however.

Little Death
Cost: 2 minor charges
This is the minor blast. It works as described above.

    I think the charging scheme should include one charge per orgasm in one act of consensual sex.

    Otherwise it’s pretty good. Nicely done.

    One charge per orgasm might make it a little too easy to load up on charges, if you get the right sort of partner. I added the “max one charge per partner per hour” thing basically as a balancing thing.

    Darn, I completely forgot about Reich and orgone theory… should have dropped in a reference to them somewhere.

    Why? An adept will get one to three orgasms per day. Maybe one or two more if he really tries.

    Besides it is really difficult to spontaneously charge up in the middle of battle.

    You could always have variants.

    Selfish Orgasmancers gain a single charge per partner but only if they orgasm before their partner. Masturbation can net one charge per day.

    Giving Orgasmancers gain a single charge per partner they can bring to orgasm prior to their own climax.

    I don’t know, I’m new to this game, but it seems to me that there are a variety of personalities regarding orgasm.

    Oh, I’m all in favor of personalized variants of adept schools. My reasoning for the charging system was primarily conceptual: first the partner’s climax generates the charge, then the adept’s “sucks” it in.
    Of course it also makes getting the charge a little “trickier”. I feel charge generation is more interesting if it involves more effort on part of the adept.
