Charging Tips: Get a camera, pretty yourself up, and go for a night on the town! For the more powerful stuff find a pornography ring and set up an interview! This means something big not just any place that sells porn for money. Also its got to be something people want to see. If you make some kind of boring sex video with no money shot no ones going to be lusting after you, and you can’t channel lust that’s not there now can you?

I made this modification because I really liked the basic idea of what the original creator did but I thought it needed a bit of work. I will be doing this with a few other submissions and I will always give credit where credit is due. Even if I end up just using the basic idea and not anything else.
My aim is to help fix what I find lacking in the posts. Be it the lack of fluff, the unbalanced mechanics, or just what I find plan wrong.
The major charges seem a little too… repeatable. Once you’re established in the industry, you can pop out a Major every week for years, and it doesn’t cost you anything but dignity. For that matter, the pay scale for work like that is already set up to compensate people for that dignity, so you’re really just doing your job and getting gobs of mojo as a side benefit.
It also seems too easy to avoid the taboo and still have a normal life.
Well about the major. You have to do it with a major star and you can only do it once per star. Think ones people know or would get a joke about them. Ron Jeremy? Jenna jamisom? Can’t think of many more can you? The significant is a bit too easy I admit any suggestions to replace it? And the taboo is easy to avoid to have a normal life but I don’t really see the orignal pornomancer taboo having much more of a problem.

Can only have sex with a person once? What about pornos where there are multiple ‘acts’?
I like the tension about keeping people away, whilst simultaneously being lusted after. How about as a taboo, ‘must not socialise with those who lust after you’? Just a thought, could be potentially crippling.
As an alternative way of getting a major charge, how about *becoming* a big name porn star in a specific field or genre? Likely to be only once in a life time (if that), but still the potential for achieving a major more than once.
Charging structure is messy on this one, way, way and way again to cheap, especially since pornomancy in itself is a pretty hard-charging school. Plus its undefined, what is a “major pornography ring” anyway? Or a “renowned porn star”? US only I suppose?

It’s not a bad idea it just needs refining. And I’ve gotten a lot of feedback that I think could help.
Becoming a big name porn star in your field would work. For major and it makes it hard. Though you would run the chance of generating a major out of no where, like you become famous enough while you are drinking your morning juice but that’s ok I guess.
About multiple scenes that would count as one “Shoot” after that you can’t have sex with the person again.

About the taboo ‘must not socialize with those who lust after you’
Its a bit too far. I like the idea but if you are hot you are gunna get lusted after a lot of people.
If you could revise it a bit more to not be so… Crippling then post it up!
Now I only need a small alteration to the significant charge. Maybe make that one ‘have sex with a major porn star’?
Also seeing as it makes charges easier to get maybe I could up the charges needed to be spent for spells? By 1 or 2? Suggestions? Again this isn’t a bad idea just unrefined and this is helping a lot.
