The history of St Cecil, bogus Spanish Saint and his mysterious books.

I unexpectedly found the story of St Cecil here:

Much of it sounds like a UA plot to me! What’s in that last untranslated book? Why did the Vatican suppress them for 400 years? Why, if Urban V (1362-1370)founded the Order of St Cecil, is he dated to either immediately after Christ, to the 10th century, or to the 1590s?
