This ritual supposedly invokes the spirit of Kali to protect all generous people from their enemies. What it really does is enchant a nickel bag’s worth of marijuana so that anyone who feels antipathy, hatred or contempt towards the caster will boot really badly when they try to hit a spliff or a bong using the contents of the bag. They won’t necessarily vomit; but they should cough repeatedly and have watery, blood-shot eyes beyond the typical stoning after use.

The ritual requires a nickel bag bought from an individual who is at least somewhat attuned to the Stratosphere. A dealer/pusher with some magical ability in any discipline will suffice. It also requires a single wrapping paper that is red and green in color pattern.

The ritual can be successfully worked by a Pornomancer who willingly invests 3 significant charges and buys the dope and wrapper herself.

The caster expends the charges and then buys the weed within twenty four hours of using the charges. The caster then wraps the first joint in the specified paper and hits off. After that, all of the contents in the bag are enchanted.

To “test” someone with the dope, the caster has to personally offer a hit to the intended test subject. The effects take about two minutes. The subject cannot “refuse to inhale.”
