Fairy Dust

For when Tinkerbell finally absents herself. Also random magick weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Charge cost 1 minor plus all the others mwahahahahahaha
Upon successful completion of this ritual all the charges of the individuals involved are sucked into the powder which is created
When some of the dust is taken out of the bag and sprinkled around/injested/burnt some of the magick is used up(not necessarily related to the amount of powder used)

Basically the user sprinkles some dust on/around what they want the magick to affect whilst imagining what they want the magic to do (see the list of unnatural phenomena resulting from charges going off from the books and also your imagination)mind/soul checks ensue
At the GM’s discretion this may work perfectly or not.Basically using the item gives the GM free access to any/all of the stored charges and weather they go off right then or not. Maybe it works as advertised maybe your house develops locomotion

Sprinkling the dust around whilst completing a Sig ritual the magic has a strong tendency to be sucked into the ritual rather than F^%$ing up your ritual and turning your hair into a marmaluke

The ritual action
What you will need
A silver container
A container that from creation to current use has never been touched by metal
Paper from 33 books (not necessarily all of the paper in each book)
A seal leather pouch with a purple drawstring

Collect some rainwater from any cleomantic Sig site in the silver container
put the paper and water in the non-metal container
Tie the drawstring around the right pinky of each person who is donating charges to the ritual(BONUS points for having a 20 ft long drawstring and using as many unconscious untabooed and unwilling adepts as possible) note that the caster must be one of these and if using an adept skill for the ritual must pay the cost herself
Boil the paper mix until dry. Success will result in a fine easily sprinkled powder
transfer into the leather pouch
