It is, of course, caused by concerned citizens, and is not possibly a play to destroy the Scotsma- Ronald McDonald for reasons that are definitely not related to Special Orders, and are in fact because Happy meals are unhealthy for the Children, and Mak Atta-McDonalds should stop trying to help them with such blatant iconograph-product placement.
