Lone nut or Ascension attempt?

This guy only has two pictures of him. His fingerprints don’t match anyone in the database. All evidence suggests that he isn’t on the FBI’s Most Wanted List, but nobody knows for sure.

Maybe it isn’t even an Ascension attempt; maybe he’s some poor schlub who got kicked out of the Clergy and thrown through the House of Reununciation.

What if he’s the old Peacemaker, and now he’s roaming the west trying to cause fear and loathing?
